How soon can you start?

Usually straight away, even on tight deadlines. Tell us when you need to deliver and we'll make it work.

What are your typical turnaround times?

Visual research within 24 hours of briefing. Writing: a first draft in hours, a full first pass within a working day. Layout depends on scope: a few sample spreads in half a day to align on direction, 1 to 1.5 days for smaller treatments (20-30 pages), 3 to 4 days for larger ones.

Can one person handle design, writing, and research?

Yes, it's our speciality. If you'd rather work with one person than juggle a team, we handle the whole treatment end-to-end without compromising quality. Plan for three days minimum to hit winning standard.

How involved does the director need to be?

We follow the director's lead. If you like to be hands-on, we work alongside you. If you'd rather brief us and see the finished work, that works too.

Are briefs confidential?

Always. Treatments and pitch briefs are confidential by default. We're happy to sign an NDA if your production requires one.

How is the text delivered?

Through a shared Google Doc. It keeps the work collaborative and lets directors track progress in real time, if they choose.

How are the visuals delivered?

Via Dropbox or Picdrop, categorised as the director prefers: by treatment topic, by narrative breakdown, or by cuts and images.

How is the layout delivered?

We work in InDesign, Readymag, Keynote, Google Slides, and bespoke HTML sites. Once the design is signed off, the source files come to you via Dropbox or WeTransfer. Everything stays editable for future tweaks.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Up to two hours of revisions are included. Anything beyond may carry an additional fee, always agreed in advance.

Do you work outside business hours?

Yes. Treatments often run into weekends and holidays, so we work the hours your project needs. If the timeline is set up front, the rate stays the same. If your deadline shifts, let us know as soon as possible and we'll work something out.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

It's rare, but if it happens, tell us what's not working and we'll rework it until you're happy to submit.
